October 25, 2021

Everybody seems ahead to having fun with savory consolation meals within the fall. Take your favourite fall meals to the subsequent stage by pairing them with a wine that can elevate the flavour of your meal.

Chardonnay pairings

Chardonnay is flexible wine. With wealthy, buttery flavors and a few acidity, it pairs fantastically with roasted roosterpan-fried salmon, mashed potatoes, and grilled veggies.

A few of our prime picks are Hess Choose Chardonnay, Butter Chardonnay, and Bonterra Natural Chardonnay

Pinot Noir Pairings

A Thanksgiving meal isn’t full and not using a nice Pinot Noir.  With notes of black cherry, raspberry, tobacco, and again tea, this flavorful but comparatively lighter purple can pair nice with nearly any fall dish, particularly roasted Turkey, sautéed mushrooms, and roasted pork loin.

A few of our prime picks are Sanford Santa Rita Hills Pinot NoirCoppola Diamond Pinot Noir,  and J. Lohr Pinot Noir.

Rose wine pairings

Rosé compromises between the extremes of purple and white — much less intense than a giant, tannic, mouth-busting purple, however with extra depth than a super-light white. And it covers a variety of taste –  mild and fruity, to spicier and darker. That’s why rosé could be paired with every kind of meals! Attempt rosé with a grilled corn and asparagus saladheat baked brie, and cranberry cheesecake is much more scrumptious with a glowing rosé.

A few of our prime picks are Whispering Angel Rosé, Chloe Rosé,  and for glowing – Mionetto Glowing Rosé.

Cabernet Sauvignon pairings

It’s no shock that Cabernet Sauvignon is a favourite within the meals world. Its daring taste and darkish fruit notes really improve the flavors of hearty dishes. We advocate pairing it with braised beef brief rib (or any beef dish), sausage pizza and charcuterie and cheese board.

A few of our prime picks are J Lohr Hilltop Cabernet SauvignonJosh Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon,  and Groth Cabernet Sauvignon.

No matter your craving could also be, we’ve the proper wine pairing in your favourite fall dishes.
