The Giant (Major) Potato Salad Event

What this is about, is collecting as many potato salad recipes as we possibly can.

If there’s one thing I know, it’s that everyone has a differnt approach. So let’s do it!

I remember a really weird one from back in the 1970s that was yummy. But nobody would eat it because it looked so bad. It was based on sour cream and Worcestershire Sauce as a dressing. Brown, Ugly. Yet good.
